Welcome to Aura Forex EAs (“AuraEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of auraforexeas.com, including the purchase and use of our Expert Advisors (EAs), digital products, educational materials, and related services.

By purchasing or using any AuraEA product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Products

Aura Forex EAs provides automated trading software and educational materials for MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

Our EA package currently includes:

  • Aura Nexus
  • Aura Titan
  • Aura US100
  • Aura Gold (News)
  • Aura Gum

Product features, trading logic, supported instruments, settings, and specifications may be changed or improved over time.

Our products are provided as trading tools and are not a guarantee of trading performance or profitability.

2. License & Access

When you purchase an AuraEA product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the plan you purchased.

Monthly Plan — $50/month

The Monthly Plan provides access to the available AuraEA products for the duration of an active subscription.

Access may be suspended or terminated if the subscription expires or payment fails.

Lifetime Plan — $500

The Lifetime Package provides access to the included AuraEA products for the lifetime of the product/service, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the product/service and does not necessarily mean the lifetime of the customer.

3. Software License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or share the EA files.
  • Give your license or account access to another person.
  • Upload the EA files to public websites, forums, file-sharing services, or repositories.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, crack, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Remove license protection or security mechanisms.
  • Claim ownership of AuraEA software or its source code.
  • Use the software to create or distribute a competing product based on proprietary AuraEA technology.

Unauthorized distribution or sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Current pricing may include:

Monthly: $50/month

Lifetime: $500 one-time payment

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card information on our servers.

We reserve the right to change pricing, promotions, or available packages at any time. Changes will generally apply to future purchases and subscriptions.

5. Digital Product Delivery

AuraEA products are digital products.

After successful payment, customers may receive access instructions, download information, license information, or other product details through the email address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it.

If you do not receive your product information after payment, contact us through the support channel provided on the website.

6. Exclusive Trading Strategies

The $500 Lifetime Package may include access to exclusive personal Forex trading strategies and educational materials at no additional cost.

These materials may include:

  • Trading strategy concepts
  • Entry and exit frameworks
  • Chart examples
  • Risk-management concepts
  • Trade-management ideas
  • Prop-firm challenge experience
  • Trading psychology and discipline
  • Personal trading insights

These materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

Any reference to strategies that have helped with prop-firm challenges or trading payouts represents personal experience and does not guarantee that another trader will achieve the same results.

7. No Guarantee of Profit

Aura Forex EAs does not guarantee profits, returns, winning trades, successful prop-firm challenges, or payouts.

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk.

The performance of an EA can be affected by numerous factors, including:

  • Market conditions
  • Volatility
  • Spread
  • Slippage
  • Broker execution
  • Liquidity
  • Trading commissions
  • Account type
  • Leverage
  • VPS/internet connectivity
  • EA settings
  • Risk parameters
  • News events
  • Platform interruptions

Past performance, backtests, demonstrations, examples, or hypothetical results are not guarantees of future performance.

8. Trading Risk

Forex, CFDs, indices, gold, and other leveraged financial instruments can result in significant financial losses.

You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Before using an EA on a live account, you should understand how the software works and consider testing it on a demo account.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account settings, risk level, broker selection, and financial results.

Aura Forex EAs is not responsible for losses resulting from the use or misuse of our software.

9. Prop-Firm Accounts

Some customers may use AuraEA products with proprietary trading firm accounts.

However, not every prop firm permits automated trading or every type of EA strategy.

Prop-firm rules can change at any time.

You are solely responsible for checking the current rules of your prop firm before using AuraEA.

Aura Forex EAs does not guarantee that an EA will comply with the rules of any particular prop firm or that a customer will pass a challenge or receive a payout.

10. Broker Compatibility

AuraEA products may not work identically with every broker.

Differences in:

  • spreads,
  • execution,
  • symbols,
  • contract specifications,
  • leverage,
  • server time,
  • liquidity,
  • commissions,
  • and slippage

can affect EA behavior and results.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their broker and account type are suitable for the particular EA they intend to use.

11. Updates & Modifications

We may periodically release software updates, bug fixes, improvements, or changes to our products.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Updates may require customers to install a newer version of the EA.

12. Technical Support

We may provide technical assistance relating to installation, configuration, licensing, and general product usage.

Support does not include:

  • Guaranteed trading results
  • Personal investment advice
  • Guaranteeing profits
  • Managing your trading account
  • Guaranteeing prop-firm approval
  • Guaranteeing compatibility with every broker or prop firm

13. Account & License Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, license information, and product files secure.

You must notify us if you believe your account or license has been compromised.

We may restrict or revoke access where we reasonably believe a license is being abused, shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All AuraEA software, branding, logos, graphics, website content, documentation, strategy materials, designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Aura Forex EAs unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual-property ownership to you.

You receive a license to use the purchased product, not ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.

15. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to compromise or disrupt the website.
  • Introduce malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
  • Copy substantial website content without permission.
  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with Aura Forex EAs.

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these requirements.

16. Third-Party Services

AuraEA may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including MetaTrader 5, brokers, payment providers, hosting providers, VPS providers, and other external services.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, failures, or policies imposed by third-party providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Forex EAs and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Trading losses
  • Lost profits
  • Account drawdowns
  • Prop-firm challenge fees
  • Prop-firm account losses
  • Lost payouts
  • Broker-related losses
  • Slippage-related losses
  • Technical failures

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
